  1. To contact and restore delinquent members
  2. To let delinquent members know that they are missed
  3. To encourage each delinquent believer of the Church to be faithful to the cause of Christ.
  4. To re-train delinquent members to be steadfast.
  5. To restore those missing in action to active duty.
